Dot1 Solutions is looking for Kronos Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of service delivery processes and procedures. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level metrics to ensure that service delivery performance is meeting or exceeding SLAs and SLOs.
